About
Sean Rosas
Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I use a person-centered approach that blends principles of Forest Therapy into my practice. I have deep experience working with seniors, LBGTQ+ individuals, veterans, and youth using a solution-based approach.
Trained in Forest Therapy and having experiencing the benefits myself, I developed an integrated therapy model that incorporates nature into our daily lives with the goal of improving our overall wellbeing. This is our mission here at Woodland Nature Therapy, and I hope you will reach out to me if I can be of service to you.
I received a Masters in Social Work from San Francisco State University, and attained a certification in Forest Medicine from the International Society of Nature and Forest Medicine in Japan. I also have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Industrial Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University, and a graduate certification in conflict resolution.
